MGS4: E3 is under way...I repeat....E3 IS UNDER WAY

The Above link will take you to a teaser trailer for "Metal Gear Solid 4". I don't really care about how much you don't know about video games, or even the series. Or even the slight in joke about a similar game Splinter Cell. This trailer is not something to be missed, especially if you like animation in general.
If anything this shows the lengths that Hideo Kojima is allowed to express his series, and trailer it...especially to poke fun at it all. Kojima has been regarded as almost a rock star in the gaming industry, just loving to fuck with the minds of gamers. As also seen the in trailer, a "director's cut" of MGS3 has been made and is going to be released under the name MGS:Sustenance. And as I told Rob before, I think he should have waited until the "director's cut" of MGS3 to come out rather than outright buying it because it will eventually come.
Classified under: Metal Gear Solid Series, Metal Gear Solid 4, Hideo Kojima,

I obviously don't know enough about Splinter Cell since I missed the in-joke (unless it was just the goggles worn). And it is impressive that Hideo Kojima is allowed to do pretty much whatever he wants including making a silly teaser like this. Finally, I guess I should have waited for the MGS3 Director's Cut as well - at least I only paid $25 for a brand new copy of MGS3.

Yeah it's just the goggles thing that's all. I thought it was pretty tasteful how he did it because Hideo didn't directly made fun or hurt Sam Fisher outright...he actually put Snake in the role of Sam Fisher which seems more of respect than a slam.
Yeah the reason why I know that a Director's cut would be released is Hideo said himself that would be the general practice for the subsequent MGS series. MGS1 had the VR missions, MGS2 had Substance and now MGS3 has this.
Also I heard that some videos were made of "outtakes" in MGS3. They are most likely spoilers, but you have to check it out. Heard they were funny.
